Nerdiest state in the union...why does it have to be mine?

I grew up in Wisconsin. I still love it even if I've moved on in life to other areas of our fine nation.

Still, stories like this recent Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article discussing the detailed analysis of Wisconsin english forces me to sigh and shake my head.

Why can't my state be normal like all the other states. Except Florida....and California...and New York...don't make us like those freaks.
