Worst Service Ever!

Please bear in mind that any and all comments below are said with the following caveat. My job involves, at least in part, troubleshooting of technical systems.

My internet service is down. Curse you Verizon Avenue. This happens at least once a year. And the service call is always the same. Frustrating. From time to time I have had a competant technician. On the whole, however, crap. I'd like to say that I give them the benefit of the doubt but because I've been behind the scenes and because I do this as my own job I know when they're going astray.

So when the woman on the phone tonight became confused I started feeling frustrated. I tried to keep it in check though. I explained things very simply again. She still didn't get it. Then when she didn't understand the third time I became annoyed. From that point on the tech on the phone lost my confidence.

Hopefully the tech who comes tomorrow will be more competant.
